About Me

For almost 20 years, I have sheparded high school students and their families through the increasingly-competitive and stressful college admissions process by providing guidance tailored to the applicant’s individual strengths, achievements and aspirations.  I hold a Bachelor of Arts decree, magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the Maxwell School of Syracuse University, a Master of Arts decree from George Washington University and a Juris Doctor from The Columbus School of Law, Catholic University.  I am a professional member of the Independent Educational Consultants Association and the Potomac and Chesapeake Association for College Admissions Consultants. I have also conducted college admissions workshops and presentations addressing middle school through high school issues for local community organizations, the Yale Club of Washington, D.C., and at local high schools.

I offer individualized services tailored to your student in order to develop the good professional-student working relationship needed for successful outcomes. For this reason, I do not accept more than 20 Comprehensive Option students each admission cycle in order to be responsive and devote the attention to your student he or she deserves.
